Project 21st CENTURY - Coaching Europe’s Navigation Towards Understanding Reactivating Youth is project under KA2 Cooperation partnership in Youth supported by Dům zahraniční spolupráce in framework of Erasmus+ program. The project runs from September 15, 2023 until November 14, 2025 and involves six partners – Zeměkoule, z.s. (as the applicant), EduEra (Slovakia), Coobra (Austria), PRAXIS (Greece), Strauss APS (Italy), and Rescogita (Estonia). Objectives are to positively contribute to the accomplishment of the 2027 youth goal - mental health and wellbeing, to introduce social coaching into daily youth work local practices by enhancing the services youth NGOs can give to young people, to train 20 young people into social coaching, coaching supervision and training coaches and deploy the practice locally and to document the process in order to multiply the practice at European level.
The results of the project are to trained 20 youth workers as social coaches, supervisors and trainers of coaches, positively impacted minimum 260 young people at local level through local practice, locally train at least 100 young people in using and adopting coaching tools, digital learning process on organisational management processes to establish local partnerships between the youth and public sector and 1 animated documentary to document the process, along with 3 handbooks for replication of the activities.

Webinar 1
Agile team and task management.
We already implemented Webinar 1 Agile team and task management. The dates of webinar were 9May, 13May, 10June and 17September, timing from 17 - 19:30 CET, with homeworks and tasks offline. The overall purpose of the 1st webinar on Agile was to modernize youth organizations' management practices while building stronger local partnerships between youth and public sectors, ultimately supporting more effective youth coaching implementation.
We are convinced that Agile principles particularly suit youth work because they emphasize adaptability, continuous improvement, and responsive service delivery - all crucial elements in working with young people. This 12 hours webinar( including homework) was designed to support the overall project goal of modernizing youth work practices and improving service delivery through contemporary management approaches.
Webinar 2: SCRUM

Training courses
We succesfully implemented three international training courses. 1st TC Training for Growth and Development Youth Coaches was held from 30January - 5February 2024 in Velké Meziříčí, Czech Republic.This TC on growth and development for youth coaches was focused on developing social coaching skills that are essential to work with young people. TheTC will also cover various coaching techniques,such as goal setting, problem-solving, and motivation.
The second training course Training for Trainers of Coaches was held from 21- 30 October 2024 in Nicolosi, Sicily. ToT of youth coaches covered the principles of effective coaching and training.
Participants learnt how to design and deliver coaching and training programs that are
tailored to the needs of young people, and to encourage them to adopt coaching tools.

The last training course was held from 5 - 14 June 2025 in Strengberg, Austria. The 3d TC for supervisors of youth coaches covered the skills and knowledge needed to
support and manage a team of coaches. Participants learnt how to monitor and
evaluate the performance ofcoaches, how to provide feedback and support, and how to
resolve conflicts and challenges that may arise.

Transnational project meeting
Kick of meeting took place in 5-8 February 2024 in Velke Meziříčí, in Czech Republic. The first coordination meeting had the aim, of establishing project management procedures, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and aligning implementation strategies among the partner organizations from Czech Republic, Estonia, Slovakia, Greece, Austria, and Italy. Together we were xx participants, mainly legal representatives, projec tmanagers, financial manager and persons responsible for some key activities.
The purpose was to involved people included in the project on different levels, that more questions can be discussed. On the beginning of the meeting the agenda of whole project was presented, we discussed each activities one by one with division of the tasks and sharing responsibilities. All this was lately on written in the contract. The participants learnt about the schedule of the project, which we have changed according the partners need. Some of the dates and venues where rescheduled, but only in the framework of the budget. We planned in very details the process of implementation of the project activities. Part of the program was focused on discussion of the target group, local networks, capacities of the partners, expectations and challenges we might face during the implementations. We choose the social media channels we will use, strategy of the visibility and dissemination, visual design and we shared the responsibilities.We finished the meeting with all question answered, prepared contract for signature and schedule of other meetings.
The Mid-term meeting took place from 11 - 14 December, in Tartu, Estonia. The aim was to check on the project, to evaluate what happened and to plan next steps for successful implementation.
